"My mare Asta Lindebjerg (Quaterback x Diamant) took to Diesel on the first try after four attempts with frozen from other stallions. Working with Kasey Cannon was just what I needed. She was supportive, helpful, positive and interested in my mare’s bloodlines, temperament and performance record. Kasey shared that Diesel was super trainable, had a wonderful personality and that he whinnied at her when she walked into the barn—that’s probably what got me!  I’m also an AA that has taken a few horses to FEI myself, so I also loved their story. I was so impressed with both of them that I bought another one of Diesel’s foals in utero from Kendra Hansis.  Asta’s filly DeQuesa was a pocket poney from the start. Our entire family fell in love with her sweet personality—not to mention her gregarious character.  DeVita arrived on Labor Day weekend after being weaned and she and DeQuesa became fast friends. Both fillies are balanced, sweet and interested in human interaction.  I feel so lucky to have met my new little breeding “tribe” of friends and am already thinking about how I can re-create another Asta x Diesel foal.  I would breed my mare to him again in a heartbeat!"

"I am absolutely smitten with my latest colt Reveille by Diesel CF. The stallion was referred to me by top dressage trainer, Richard Malmgren, as a good match for my Dutch mare Evenstar by Riverman ISF.  I had a wonderful conversation with Kasey Cannon and was so impressed with her,  and her obvious love and commitment to Diesel. Kasey was vested in a successful breeding and made sure the California to North Carolina process went like clockwork! The result is a stunning colt who seems to have inherited many of his sires wonderful qualities. He is confident, athletic, balanced with a beautiful head and neck and the chrome goes on and on! The GP potential is obvious.  This colts temperament seems very Diesel like; he is calm, patient and super social. Reveille loves his people and his dogs!    I believe his intelligence is going to be his greatest strength.  It is a joy to watch him think! He clearly pauses, processes and makes a very sane decision as to how to approach any new situation.  It’s such a treat to work with him. I could go on forever but suffice it to say, I will definitely breed to this very special stallion again."

"As breeders, we are so fortunate to have Diesel CF available in North America.  Diesel is the real deal bringing looks, athleticism and temperament to his offspring.  I have a filly by him that is by far the most personable, outgoing, brave and people oriented foal I’ve bred to date.  She is beautifully built and is very athletic.  When Summer was born, she stood almost immediately and nursed within minutes of standing. Once she was done nursing, she walked over to me on her wobbly legs and placed her chin on my shoulder and rested it there as if to introduce herself. This sums up everything about this filly. On top of all the amazing qualities Diesel brings to his offspring, his semen is excellent.  Diesel’s owner/rider, Kasey, is equally as incredible to work with and is a true joy.  I will definitely be using Diesel again in my breeding program."
